Such a nice car Andy, and that noise could become very addictive.

Can you give me a insight into running costs? I've got a Mk5 GTI at the min, but looking at either an R32 or edition 30 next. The R's are looking to be slightly cheaper and the noise is incredible, but the tuning potential of an Edition30 is also very tempting.
Past: MK5 Golf GTI, Black Magic Pearl, Xenons, SatNav, MFSW, Highline
Past: Edition 30 #1411, Tornado Red, Xenons, Revo Intake, H+R Springs, Highline, DSG,

Current: Mk5 Golf GTI, Steel Grey, 3dr, Manual

Cheers Peter
The running costs are quiet high as the tax is over £500 a year for a late r32 like mine but the early mk5 is £250 of and they do 28mpg on the motor way but eat fuel around town...

I fitted mine around a year ago and they're pretty good. Not noticeably better than P-Zero's they replaced.
