Mk5 Edition 30 - My 4th Mk5 GTI

So it seems I have a recurring issue with Mk5 GTIs - this is my 4th one and 2nd Edition 30.

I haven't messed about getting stuck into this one. I want to get this to stage 2+, so have been securing parts.

It ends up, that my old mk5 GTI with the hybrid was being broken for spares, so I bought the Loba HPFP and S3 intercooler from him:






Fitted these both yesterday, with the intercooler taking 3 hours, which I didn't think was too bad:



And also managed to get a very good price on a ZF Engineering Performance Clutch:



I also fitted an early mk5 GTI ashtray - these have the the brushed aluminium lids:
