Finally got around to polishing the wheel that got clipped. Wasn't optimistic that it would sort it but it's come up nicely!

Much better!

Great result

Chris
It wouldn't be fun if it was easy, I just wish it wasn't this much fun.

Update!
Cars been in the workshop at work, had to have an ABS control unit. It's back on the road now and it feels so nice to be back in my own car rather than borrowing one from work every night!

Also ordered some AP coilovers on Sunday night as I've got a broken coil spring and an MOT coming up next month so I thought I may aswell fix it properly! Pics to come once they've arrived and been fitted.

Fitted my coilovers this afternoon! The only casualty was the drivers side top mount, luckily there was one in stock.

It doesn't feel any less comfortable than standard and they're wound all the way down at the moment.

Had the MOT yesterday passed with no advisories!
I need to wind the front coilovers up a little bit though as the driveshaft appears to be catching on the anti roll bar intermittently

Love the Pirelli, had one in work the other day, first one I've seen in the flesh, the interior is awesome!

I absolutely love the interior and the wheels on these  I also have a very soft spot for a fellow Reflex Silver GTI  :happy2:

Sits miles better on the coilovers and it must be common for the drivers top mount, I had the same issues  :scared:

Not been on in a while and the car isn’t getting much mileage now due to having a company car. Took her for a spin yesterday and got a quick snap at work

Little update,

I’ve barely driven the car since my last post but here a couple of small upgrades I’ve done.

RNS315DAB fitted, just need to get round to wiring up a microphone and getting the DAB working.
Also fitted a black screen wash cap and latest generation black coolant cap to freshen up the engine bay a little bit.
