Eibach arb brackets
« on: May 09, 2017, 10:38:47 pm »
I've just bought an Eibach arb set and the rear 23mm bar is missing one of the brackets which goes round the bush. Does anyone know if these are the same as standard or specific to eibach kits?

Did a wee bit of searching but couldn't see any info.

Cheers
Richie.

Normally use the standard clamps.  I've never seen an arb supplied with new clamps, just a set of poly bushes.

But you can’t buy standard brackets stand a lone. Has to be the whole bar unfortunately.

I snapped the bolt on the front bracket, had to saw that and the washer out. At the moment its just a bolt from a screwfix multipack with a washer I cut to shape and a random nut   :signLOL:

So annoying you cant just buy a bracket and or bolts.

Thanks guys.

I'm surprised you can't get the brackets on their own, pretty sure you can get mk4 ones with new bushes but I think the bushes are a revised design so that might be why.

A bracket would be cheap enough from a scrappy though.
