Rns210 into mk5 replacing a rcd300

Hi guys, has anyone had any experience of putting one of thes in a mk5 t replace the rcd300 ? Previous owner had sandpaper hands it seems and I'd like to put a jem stereo in its place that's better condition with aux etc built into it

You will need arial adapter and change the can gateway to avoid battery drain if your car is <07, otherwise plug and play.
