So... Anyone own both a Mk6 GTI and a Mk5 R32?

Need to check how much difference the exhaust valance is from each other since I got a crazy idea maybe fitting the Mk6 GTI rear valance on my Mk5 R32 rear bumper hehe :)


What are your thoughts on this?
MK5 TDI 2.0 MY2005 - FULL OF RETROFITS:
MK6 dashboard - BCM converted - MK7 cruise control MFSW - PLA 2.0 - 3D instrument cluster - Discover Media 2 - Highline TPMS - 10ch Dynaudio system - KESSY with start button

Seen it done and all you need to do is snap off some tabs  :signLOL:

really, that's all you need to do before the dual exhaust GTI valance from the MK6 golf fit the Mk5 R32 bumper? :D

yeah it's that simple as I was going to get the mk6 rear valance for mine but went Ed30 route instead  :grin:

Awesome this made the choice even harder now :D


Have to decide before friday :thinking:, and really wanted to fit the diffuser before that to see the fitment - but I'll take your word for it, if you were planning doing this yourself and have seen it been done  :pomppomp:

I'm 80% there :D

I know I'm a pain in the a** now.. :innocent: . But just want be sure that is only the 2 clips you need to remove before it'll fit? Asked around danish forums without anyone have a Mk6 GTI valance to test fit with :chicken:

Ah lol , I've searched all over google for a topic with someone that have done this :fighting2:

Awesome, guess it'll be the mk6 gti valance and a Milltek system to go with it :D Just recieved my black ceroke milltek tips today, so it'll be ready for when the new systems should be fitted to the bumper at some point  :jumpmove:
