Fans draining battery

Hello went to start my car this morning and my battery’s flat making me late for a new job!
Jump started, it drove there and was flat within 2 hours.just got home and my neibour did say my fans came on last night,so I’ve just waited to see and they do come on about 20 mins after,it seams it only does it after a drive,then 20 mins or so they will come on.
But when its been started but not drove and turned of,they don’t play up
How do I sort this asap

I had the same problem with fans coming on without the car running and draining my battery and some old guy whos always tinkering with cars said disconnect the battery for a while when the cars warm WTF so gave it a go and its been perfect ever since 👍
