Aresholes!  The grille needs a nice few coats of satin black paint!

Where did you get the VW emblems for the keys from?  Mine's faded badly as well.

Grille defo needs doing, really faded.

Amazon I think, haven't lasted long though already being scratched off!

Little update, after people noticed my splitter wasn't a Ed 30 one I've bought one of Ebay.

Sprayed it myself, 1st time spraying but thought I'd give it a go as its the splitter & low down so will take some punishment.

Well happy with the finish, not perfect mind but still happy.

Excuse crappy pics & dirty car

And then...... Smashed the bloody wing this week, to say I pissed is an understatement.

But ordered a brand new wing painted for £95 of Ebay so not too bad, just got to fit.

Not updated in a while.

Fitted the wing back in September, was easy to do thankfully, followed this guide: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=M6PtHG8CEiw

Supprised how much dirt was there! Sprayed the inside with Waxoyl, got to do the other side now.

My AC blew up back in August whilst I was sat on the M25 in traffic when it was 35degC. Moments before I was feeling quite smug looking at other people sweating away with the windows open whilst I had cool air blowing over me. BIG mistake, pipe blew, gas everywhere, initially thought my car was overheating.

Now it's got colder fixing this is getting lower on the priority list, really want to get the suspension, top mounts & anti roll bars changed to freshen up the handling.

Changed the cam follower today, really easy to do, followed a guide on this forum.

The old was one was in really good nick,  must've been changed recently prior to my ownership.

Pic of the old one.

Got new Brembo discs & Ferodo DS2500 pads I'll be fitting in the next couple of days. Decided to try this combo 1st rather than going for the big brake route as I only have a sprited drive every now & again.
