Fuel pressure regulator valve replaceable?
« on: March 16, 2018, 11:08:58 am »
Hi,

I have a Edition 30 Stage 2 with a APR HPFP and I had got the engine light and loss of power so I checked fault codes and it came up with...

Error P2294 Fuel Pressure Regulator Open Circuit

I looked at the HPFP and I can see a crack on it and by researching on here, it says the engine cover became loose and knocked on the sensor causing it to break. Question is.. Can the sensor be replaced alone or will the entire HPFP need replacing? and have you guys got a HPFP sensor or HPFP for sale?? Need it urgently before sunday!!!

Thanks.

You cant buy the sensor separately - it comes as part of the HPFP. Best of asking to buy a second hand HPFP on Facebook groups. Sure someone will have one. Price wise i'd say second hand working pumps go for between £50-£100.
