mk6 Climatic retrofit

Morning, desperately need some electrical advice. Currently retrofitting mk6 climatic heater panel (for retrofitting heated seats).
Can anyone advise which pins needs swapping on which plugs? Blower motor works fine but cant seem to get A/C to cut in or rear heated window to work. Any advice or to be pointed in the right direction greatly appreciated
