Broken window
« on: March 21, 2018, 08:16:14 pm »
Well this morning, I think I have snapped the plastic clips on my drivers window as little too impatient in the frost.  I’ve had a look but can’t seem to find the part numbers needed plus there are two different sorts I’ve found.  Would anyone be able to tell me exactly which ones I need please and poss part numbers.

Thankyou

Have you had a look to see if they are snapped?

I had this on my mk4 (maybe the same) and the glass just needed clamping again with the clip.

Had to replace the whole regulator as it had thrown a proper wobbly and snapped all over wire wise.   So you tubed to get idea of how to diy it.   If the crash bars aren’t properly aligned then the door also doesn’t quite close properly on the small catch at the bottom.
