Replacing brake lines and fluid
« on: May 01, 2018, 08:16:02 pm »
evening, I've got some braided lines and two litres of new brake fluid.

What's the best way of changing both the lines and fluid at the same time?

Should i bleed out all of the fluid from one calipers, replace all of lines and then pour in the new fluid and then bleed all corners?

Will two litres of fluid be enough to do this job?

No need to do that.

But won't fluid just leak out when I replace the lines?

A very small amount will but at that point there is no pressure in the system so wont run out. 1L will be more than enough t purge what little air will be in the system.
