R32 headlights ballast, igniters and adaptor
« on: June 11, 2018, 11:11:23 PM »
Just got myself a set of R32 headlights near new condition but missing ballast and igniters.

Does anyone have them? Also the 12-10pin adaptor

Alternatively any other suggestions to make use of the headlamps
Thank you

New for all I think is £240, or try ebay and hope someones selling them cheap or a broken xenon headlights cheap. You can use parts from the E46 M3 headlights as they're the exact same shroud and bulb

Last three digits of the ballast are different, will it still fit?

I used a ballast from a Mondeo ST220 in testing while I diagnosed a faulty ballast. Part numbers were different but the shape was the same.

I'd say yes, but it's only based on my evidence of one I had lying around.

Also, a colleague had one from a Mazda 6 he had and it also worked.
