Dog Bone Insert
« on: October 13, 2018, 12:29:24 PM »
Can anyone shed some light on why my 2005 gti might have this dogbone design.

I checked before buying a powerflex insert and its wrong. I should have the other type according to their specs. Really confused

As yours is an early car, VW probably changed the design after your car was built.  Google the part number.  You can see the suffix has changed 4 times.
Black Edition 30 with manually selected cogs, a beefier clutch, some extra boost and them Whiteline thingies, otherwise standard.
