Vacuum leak
« on: November 02, 2018, 11:23:24 am »
Hi guys

I’ve got a Jetta tdi BKD 140 and been having problems with black smoke,  and it being very lumpy around 2000rpms.

So today I decided to try a getto smoke tester using some tubing, block of round mdf and a vape stick 😂 and it kinda worked seem to be getting loads of smoke coming from the LHS of engine bay where the cam belt is?

Anyone know if this area has a vacuum hose? Or a diagram of the BKD vacuum locations?

Cheers
