Where to get Rev G diverter valve
« on: February 15, 2019, 03:29:53 pm »
Need a new one as my Rev C has a small tear but is causing massive power loss, hope thats all that is causing it.

Anyhow called up my local TPS and they say the RevD is the latest and its bloody £70, I remember these being £30-40, where can I pick one up at a reasonable price?

I got mine just a few weeks ago from the website AwesomeGTI. They stock genuine parts just like TPS. Think I paid £50 for it. My GTI had massive power loss too and very bad fuel economy. As soon as I changed old DV car was Rapid!!! And my boost leak was only due to old diverter valve being torn.

Thanks guys, I did give TPS the Rev G part number, he claimed it was an older version?!. Anyhow, I actually opted for the DV+ Clone on ebay for £35, worth a punt, if it sucks Ill just get a reg G from AKS, Awesome I think only had Rev D.

AKS keep the Rev G's in stock, I wouldn't fit a knock off GFB+, lots of people have tried them before and they will only eventually fail.
