The service guys have been extremely helpful despite not selling me a car. Their attention to detail in warranty work, servicing, and customer care have been impressive. They will advise me if work I've asked to be carried out doesn't, in their view, require it, and always lend me a car at no cost. I always get the same tech when my car goes in, and he discusses the work when I collect. So, to Lucy and Katie on service reception, and James D in the workshop  Congrats

Spot on.

EDIT 17/08/10 Sadly these guys have blown it by being very difficult over the replacement of my Monza 2's under warranty due to white worm. See: http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,17699.msg257435.html#msg257435

So from now on, I'll be taking the GTI to F Cross & Sons Grimsby who had no problem replacing all 4, despite JCT refusing to change 2 of them.

Shame my dealer is the opposite end to that, they wasted half a day just to the oil service, year 2 they spent 5 days to service and replace headlining which they fitted alright but left dirt marks everywhere but the worse thing was the sun visor light was always on.
I fixed that myself couldn't trust them to change a light bulb.

Name and shame?
