This morning I've washed my car...because someone at work thought my car needed a wash and attempted it themselves. MISSED the lower half of the car!

Bought a set of oem rubber floor mats and gave the car a good auld hoovering.
Rain x on all the glass should help for a few weeks
2007 TR gt170...heated leather,underseat drawers,auto-levelling bi-xenons,puddle leds,chrome switches,footwell lights f+r,cruise control and ed30 rear lamps,LED interior....carbon highline clocks,ed30 front spoiler,RNS 510 P+MDI,mk6 gti gearknob,TPMS done,complete r32 trim kit+ MFSW,r32 f+r brakes,RLS fitted.headlamp washers,folding mirrors and boot pop,mk6 RVC,19"Helios,AP coilies,valeo LEDs  ...dpf delete and remap to finish off

That picture was before the Wax went on.. Wasn't able to take a picture with the wax on as it was too dark :grin:

It cleans up soo nice I love it!

Spent four hours cleaning mines then tried de-wipering it... now the rear of the car is covered in hand prints and the wiper arm is stuck on. Really disappointed. Stupid thing

Get some mole grips and jiggle it.... try some penetrating spray too.

how do you get it off? My boyfriends insistent I wait until tomorrow and he'll do it for me - but why am I not capable? I should be capable too, it's only a wiper :( making me a little bit sad

I've got that far, jiggled for about an hour.. tried mole grips.. tried everything. Actually just want to cry now. so aggravated it's unreal.. Sprayed WD40 on it because most people have said to, then I get told it's not penetrative. I don't even know, so annoyed  :sick:

^^Mine was a right PITA. I ended up putting a small spanner behind and belting with a hammer. I packed behind the spanner with a rag to prevent smashing the rear screen. Know how frustrating it is when 'simple' jobs become stubborn  :fighting:

Changed to a stubby aerial. Not keen on the oem one. Spent yesterday cleaning the mrs's abused A3 and spent sometime on the GTI today, cleaned up the exhaust a little. :signLOL:

had to go to a petrol station to wait until i could take the glaze off as it started raining halfway through a clean  :ashamed: also had tyre shine stuff on in this photo!
