does my bum look big in this?
« on: April 25, 2009, 10:21:45 am »
thanks to yous lot! :grouphug:

i,ll be starting my slippery slope next week.
eichback springs and 10ml spacers going on
gulfstreams gti inserts going in!
and my front lip sprayed red.(£35-done in one day)
poss...no probabale  remap after the 6th may...245 bhp ..yum yum :jumpmove:

i,ll be adding the gloss to the monzas in june i hope funds permitting and i,ll be adding the CF grill mask and CF mirror shells in june also.
oh and a black badge on its way from the states already
then 2nd service is due and i,ll sort dsg oil change in prob august
BUT
once i need a new exhaust i,ll be looking at the blueflame, so with all this work to the front i still think the rear of the gti is not as ggggrrrrrr as the front or from side view...
i love joesgti r32 look and i also love redrobins but in all honesty i,m snot sure i have the funds this year to do that big refit so what other options have we got for making our bums look big?
or can anyone give me some rough ideas of costings for the above looks so i can get bloody saving hard!
and thanks to yous lot my GF thinks ive gone completely loon or i,m trying recapture my yoof and becoming a boy(old git) racer
mwwwwhaaahhhhhaaaaaaaaa

for the R32 look your looking at 1k, £500 for the exhaust box, £200 ish for the bumper parts then painting, its only a guestimate so could be more or less depending what you get the parts for

Not bad mate - looking at a few subtle additions - seat inlays, footrest, CF badge, etc - nothing major just yet....

Keep us posted with how you get on - before and after pics are a must!!  :happy2:
