Guys.

Can black ashtray covers be found as opposed to the brushed aluminum ones? I've not got one and wouldn't mind covering the contents of it.

If so, is it something I can get directly from a VW dealer?

Ello Pete!

Yeah my 05 came with black ones as standard, you can get them from the dealer.

1K0857351 3X1 is the black ashtray top. You have to take the gear gaiter assembly and ashtray assembly out of the car to do the swap, but it can be done in under 30 minutes taking it easy.
