The BCS Golf GTi MK5 R32 Conversion
« on: June 12, 2014, 03:05:07 pm »
Images of a recent cat back install on a MK5 Gti with the R32 rear bumper conversion...

Dismantling the OEM system

OEM Rear bumper removed

New R32 style bumper fitted

Front silencer fitted with step down connector enabling the BCS system to mate to the OEM Down pipe. Removal of the step down connector will allow the system to maintain a continuous 76mm diameter when fitting the BCS down pipe and 200 cell cat resulting in a full 76mm turbo back system

Cat back system installed

Comparison images showing OEM system alongside the BCS system - final image shows the two trim styles available for the R32 conversion including the ceramic black coated option.

Thanks for looking

Very nice.

Ali of here has one of your turbo back r32 exhausts and after seeing/hearing it at weekend is really nice piece of kit!

Will be contacting you for a cat back when I can find a suitable bumper!

No problem - please make sure it's a VW bumper as the aftermarket ones do not fit correctly.
Cheers
