All I can say is I am so glad I took the punt for bcs powervalve system, build quality is top notch and the note it produces is tremendous, being the powervalve, it's relatively subdued pottering around,  but roll over the loud pedal when it's on boost, and trust me, you'll know!
do these  BCS exhaust systems below make the same bhp gains
sports system 3 inch
prestige system 3 inch
powervalve system 3 inch just have flap at rear box bend that opens up to make more noise

A Cat Back will bring no gains as the restrictions are still in place (in the downpipe), you'll just be adding noise. Changing thee hole system inc the downpipe to a 3" or 3.5" with a low cell cat (either 100 or 200 cell) or a decat will aid flow and thus aid increasing the BHP. Low (or no) restriction downpipe is a supporting mod IMHO which help along with other "flow" mods...CAI and IC and that's where all the gains will be found.

As for how many ponnies are added by the addition of solely an aftermarket TBE.....not sure.

So are you allowed to disclose the total cost for the exhaust & fitting?

^^^^ All prices are on their website, don't forget to deduct the discount Powervalve do for the forum (10% IIRC but I could be wrong). Fitting is cheap as chips.

That looks SICK Very nice...similar to my HyperFlo exhaust. Not sure if it will be as loud, but it looks amazing Excellent choice.
