Storing music on a SD Card
« on: October 18, 2014, 06:38:55 pm »
Hi all i recently bought a 2gb SD Card with a view of saving music to and storing it on my RNS510.
However it is only allowing me to store one song before giving me the message that there is no more space, the files i am trying to store are between 3 and 5 megabytes.
Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Thanks Rob

What format are you trying to save onto the card (mp3 etc.).

Also, what format is the SD card? Should be formatted FAT32

Stick it in your computer, go to "My Computer (or the equivalent where you can see all the drives on the machine), right click on the SD card, and select "Properties". It will tell you how it's formatted. You can also select "Format" from the right click menu and reformat it to FAT32.
