Really need to know whether this is a good price and whether its a worthy item for K03 stage 1.5... Your help is much appreciated as I need to make a decision today regarding parts to be fitted to my poorly GTI.

Looks like They don't get good reviews, some stating they supply copies in branded boxes

Euro car parts have Sachs clutch packs but only LUK DMFs... Can these be used together?

The only reason for not going for LUK/LUK is I've read the Sachs clutch can take more torque..?

Help/insight/experience really appreciated. :happy2:

I'm K03 stage 2+ (with WMI) on a new OE LUK clutch and flywheel, been fine the last 6 months and it gets driven hard daily. I don't expect it to last as long as a clutch normally would mind. Nobody can say for sure which one holds more torque as everybody compares used items that will all have varying life left depending on mileage and how they've been used.

I Bought them very cheap from carparts4less although the price has since risen quite a bit since.

Personally I wouldn't spend a penny with Techniclutch and i'd rather spend a bit more and get it elsewhere. You only need to google them to see why.

Cheers for that mate, think Ill go with the LUK/LUK setup as its a fair amount cheaper than the Sachs/LUK and much less likely to have compatibility issues.  It's unlikely I'll keep the car for more than another 20k.
