We remap cars at my business will my own ed30 stage 1 takes it to 290hp. Do obd and bench mapping only pay £60 for tune to us then charge out what ever. Who we get maps off write own tune and also do in house custom tune on rollers.

If you’ve had no issues why downgrade?

I’ve had both OEM and third party, the third party unit I had outlasted the OEM part by an order of magnitude, and has been strong until the plastic plunger snapped.

Is there a guide anywhere on replacing the master? I’m going to give it a go this weekend and see if I can make a metal plunger for t

Thanks chaps.

Took the junk out of the boot, and lifted the carpet up, and 'hey presto', it's in there next to the jack, with that little wirey thing for getting the plastic inserts out. Space saver wheel in there - never been on.

I always keep a tyre inflator / compressor in the boot, in case anyone was thinking 'he never checks the pressure on his spare' h

I'm pretty sure that changing the oil pump will not solve anything, but my mechanic tells me that his solution with Suzuki Swift filter (allows higher pressure), Audi A4/Passat oil filter housing 06B115417F (it may have the regulator and that's why he is using it), 1.8T oil pump  and balance shaft delete

So the engine flush was done by Awesome, I have no idea what they used. It was approximately 1000 miles ago now, perhaps a little less.

If its after market then it won't show up but to save running extra wire from somewhere else isn't  the best way to install as you can't get an harness that gives you the the yellow power feed you need
