Title: Powervalve Exhaust - PV vs Non-PV?
Post by: JiyuuA7X on October 13, 2018, 01:46:39 pm
Hello. I am interested in potentially purchashing a full system from powervalve, but I have few quick questions I hope someone can answer for me :)

What is the difference between the powervalve and non powervalve systems?

What is the powerflex option?

Do they ever have any sales worth holding out for e.g. black friday?

Cheers  :happy2:

You'd be best asking @Powervalve Nige (http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=331) , no better person to ask than the builder!

But for systems, powervalve is quite when pottering about but them on boost it opens up and comes alive. Essentially giving you the best of both a quiet and loud exhaust.

I have a Prestige Cat-back on my Edition 30 and find it perfect. Members of the forum get a bit of discount but can't remember what or if we still get it.

Appreciate your input, cheers  :happy2:

Sounds perfect! I honestly may just go with the cat-back option myself after a bit more consideration.

I was originally thinking about a bunch of performance mods, so a TBE made sense, but it's an expensive road to go down...

I have a powervalve bcs on my eddy and its great.
Would love to be able to control the valve so i could have it fully open or boost activated.
