These also show track and artist info while playing the radio and I'm sure you can add a cd changer too !
I'd need to buy the wire still though for the aux?

Love the CK's! Are they a little wider or did you go for spacers on the front too? Sits well  :happy2: Also, hows the cat back compared to standard?

Thanks! They are a little wider. 8j. The non res cat back sounded good at the top end but 2-3k just a bit too boomy and loud

The one I used went from M10 stripped, drilled out to 12.8mm and then tapped to M14 x 1.25. The insert screws in by hand until flush and then use a pin punch and hammer to hammer down the pins. This prevents it from turning.

I believe the washers came with the winter pack. That was heated seats, headlight washers and low washer fluid indication from memory.

So if you car has washers and no xenons it could be because of that.

I reckon it's your rack mate.  Seems to be the way with Golfs.  Hard to trace knocks usually end up at the rack's door in the end!

Regular changes of a decent oil and some italian tune-ups should eventually sort it.  Mobil 1 is known to have good cleaning properties.

They will do what you ask. You're paying for a service.

Make sure you ask for evidence of it though, I caught them out before on a fuel filter by asking to take home the removed part.

Hi all,

Brought my 6R back in April 2016.

I previously owned a candy white edition 30 so no stranger to the tfsi engine. I was at the stage of begining to modify the eddy and had the idea of stage 2+ in my head but decicded that to go down that root awd would be needed so decided on the 6R.

The eddy sold quickly as it was a clean example a

I've seen a couple that I'm interested in, just some times think that if it's a forum owned car then their usually more cared for.

No, I used a reputable independent VW specialist. £130. Quality hub like FAG brand (OEM suppliers) is around £80. Don't bother with eBay 30 quid jobs as they tend to last about 5 minutes. Strictly speaking you should change both sides.

The clutch pedal is slightly heavier than it was with the stock unit but other than that it's been good as gold no sign of slipping as of yet,

    2006 Jetta 2.0TFSI Stage 2 map
    £3200.00
    Location: Bristol
    Collection Only

Selling my Jetta due to having to get something under 5 years old for a new job.

    Specs as below:

    2006 2.0 TFSI (BWA engine)
    12 months MOT (no advisories)
106k miles (will rise as still in use)
Brand new clutch and DMF (fitted last month)
    MFSW with cruise control
    VW main dealer services @ 14,416 - 25,597 - 29,958 - 42,667 - 52,697 - 64,324
    VW specialist services @ 75,036 - 83,166 - 93,993 - 104,672
New spark plugs and fuel filter 80,000
    R-Tech Stage 2 map (263bhp with printout)
    Brand new Superpro dog-bone insert
Sports-cat downpipe and Milltek cat-back exhaust
    Neuspeed intake
    GTI front and rear seats
GTI smooth front end with magnetic plate
    Front splitter
    Recent tyres all round
    Recent front disks and pads
Chassis notch (passed 3 MOTs with it)
0awg power cable to boot (may or may not be removed before sale)

    Bad points:
Couple of ripples and scrapes on the arches from air ride.
Rear bumper has recently been resprayed, but the bodyshop have done a poor job with the colour match. Aiming to get this rectified before sale.
Power delivery from 2-3k RPM has been a bit funny since the map (the car had an undiagnosed throttle-body out of calibration at the time). Pulls hard from 3k up to the redline with no issues. I think it just needs R-Tech to tweak it, but I haven't managed to make the 3+hr trip to them to sort it.

Contact me on 07787 521626 (text/Whatsapp preferable before calling). Car is located in Bristol.
