Stutter when blipping throttle

(1/2) > >>

GTIEagles:
My car has always done this but today I thought I would investigate a bit further. Basically when I blip the throttle hard from idle the engine briefly stutters. I hooked VCDS up and viewed the measuring blocks groups 015 & 016 Misfire Detection, everytime I blipped throttle hard the count went up on all 4 cylinders.

The car never misfires whilst driving normally and hard.

The coils have been changed under recall from VW a couple of years ago and the spark plugs were changed about 14K ago.

No fault codes.

Any ideas?

You sound pretty certain, have you had the same symptons?

GTIEagles:
No, it idles really steady. Even using the throttle normally it doesn't misfire just when you snap the throttle open it does it.

GTIEagles:
I could try a new set but they were only changed 14k from VW so I'm doubtful.

Any proper way to test the MAF or is it the case of just unplugging it?

I have done the throttle reset a couple of times and it instantly feels better but it reverts back to how it was before after a while.

Is the car remapped?

My R32 did this after a remap, and stopped doing it once the map was taken off...
