MS Excel Training For non-IT Staff

We're looking at training some of our staff in MS Excel, particularly Accounts and Export roles. This is just some simple up-skilling we wish to do across the board of a group of say ten or so users, with various existing skillsets but that are all wanting in some way or another.

Can you recommend any low cost or even free online or media based training tuition, that has a small test or exam as part of it to assure the knowledge?
