Get VCDS involved and see what errors come up, but perhaps you've left or damages some of the connections from the ignition barrel or upset some of the immobiliser systems?

Ha yes it is...I got seats and door cards from EMP performance car, then everything off Thomas's car and I'm mixing it all about to make something different.
Hopefully have it all in tonight!
No good when the car won't start though!!!!
