helicopter tape

 Looking to put this on my newly painted door sills. Going to ask the suitability at the painters but does anyone have experience. Especially on new paint after left to dry,cure for correct amount of time

 Use it on bike frames all the time

quizzed the painter and he assures me that helicopter or rhino tape is good for covering new paint  Will be able to put it on in 3/4 days :happy2:
