Quantum or ACR Tuning?
Homer:
Hi,
So one of my mates is looking to use a guy in Glasgow to have an ACR remap, I think the guy also goes under the banner of quantum tuning. Anyone used or know much about these remaps? The guy that does the tuning is called Ewan. Cheers for any input.

Quantum remaps don't get good reviews on this site buddy. If you don't want to travel far maybe consider the link below. They are a Shark Performance dealer not to far from you

Maybe even a handheld unit from Bluefin or Revo.
Best advice is a custom map by RTech but that's one hell of a trip for you.

Have had a Qunatum Remap on my MK5 GTI and feels fantastic with the extra boost. Feels fully rejuvenated for a 10 year old car. Don’t be phased by the critics on here who do not favour Quantum. There’s nothing wrong with a Quantum Remap at all. You won’t hear this from anyone on here so I’m telling you this.. make sure you get a VCDS check done before you go ahead with then map.
Hope this is useful to your query mate :happy2:

Ignore this fool.... who 2 YEARS LATER goes looking for a post about Quantum just so he can sing their praises yet fails to even check that there is nothing wrong with the map - like some extra fuelling to match that rejuvenating boost
Boring! Next!
