Dreaded rust.

Not happy. Giving the car it's first real detailing after investing in a DA polished and noticed two tiny rust bubbles one on each wing. Got in touch with a local dealer and was told it can be a long process. 3 months at least. So I've also contacted a local car body shop and get an estimate. . Any money saved for the list of things I'd like has now disappeared.

mines a UAE import (comes with a really good spec so can't complain) - had my two wings and rear boot lid done all for free  :smiley:

Just looked at your car pics mate.  Lovely car buddy. Nice spec as well. I'm just thinking at the minute about getting a stage 1 remap. But I don't want to veer to much from stock. That was a bit of luck getting the free work from VW. Did they offer 50% at the start because your ED was imported?
