Clunk disengage reverse

Vwgtiking:
It doesn't happen when stationary when trying to test it by engaging then disengaging. It seems to only happen ever so often when I reverse, clutch down take out of gear as coming to a stop this is when it makes a clunk and feel a slight thud in the footwell. Pls note I am not lowered or anything.

Any ideas?
