Reflex Silver Edition 30

S800BRN:
Keeping this up to date. MOT was due and knew the fronts needed replacing. Bought Uniroyal Rainsport 3s - so much grippier than the budgets they replaced - in wet or dry.
Should have changed them before the needed replaced.
Passed it's MOT with the only advisory being one of the rest tyres bejng slightly worn on the inside edge.
Happy with that.
Gave it a quick wash today - was filthy. Though silver does hide it well.

That's all. Lately been considering removing my intake - getting tired of the noise! I must be getting old.
Will see if can be arsed at any point in this cold.

Lovely car you've got there, I have always liked the look of your pictures, The silver eddy looks great !

I removed my revo intake within 2 months of buying the car because the sound drove me mad. I used to love the whoosh noise on my first eddy but now I think it just sounds crap. Oem intake is best in my opinion

Keep up the great work :happy2:

Thank you, buddy!
I've ran a Twintake on an other GTI I had and didn't mind the noise.
That's a few year ago now tho'. Haha!

Colour coded the grab handles.
Excuse the slightly dirty interior.

On another note my interior lights keep blowing the fuse. Soon as I offer up a new one and it makes contact it goes!
Guessing I've a bad LED?
So I'll remove and refit all original lights then if they work I'll put in one LED at a time and see how that pans out.

How do you remove the grab handles? just trim tool and pry? thinking about wrapping them in alcantara
