Does anyone know where to get replacement T Screw from cabin filter insulation?

Hi there, just doing a few bits on the Golf Mk5 GTI I've had for a few weeks and while doing cabin filter noticed a missing plastic hand tight t screw from underneath the dash. Doesn't really matter but I'm quite OCD and like things to be right! Also found the engine cover gromet destroyed as well, they're stupidly expensive!
