Whining noise under load

Hey,

New to this so sorry if it's been covered before, my car has recently developed a whining noise when under load in 1st and 2nd, thought it may be diverter valve so changed it to the Rev G one (glad I did, old one was perished) yet it still makes the noise.

Any ideas?
