Not at the moment as im doing all this on the iPhone.

Just search on Ebay for FAKRA GPS or try Kufatec. Last time i looked i think they were about €27 including P&P

Metal will massively degrade the signal as it reflects a lot of it back.

The other place i have seen them put is under the roof lining by the Rear Antenna but that will depend on how long your cable is.

Shaun Ive got some very good Gps antennas although if you look on ebay for a company called tech toys they do them for £6.99 plus £1.99 postage and packing.

My mate uses them at Audi for there retro fits.
