Fog light removal

Vwgtiking:
Can this be done with bumper on? Do the fog grills pull off?

4ndy:
easy off with one screw on the right of the grill. I use plastic trim tools

r5gtt:
You remove the one screw and gently pull the trim away from the bumper.
