squeal when letting off throttle, also juddering

Gtimick:
Hi I've got a mk5 08 plate dsg gti that's developed a brief squeal seams to be from the gearbox,  mainly when letting of the throttle, but can do it at idle in park and setting off. It's worse when upto temp! Also when this starts it judders going up an down gears. And in reverse. Has anyone else come across this ??
