Finally bought myself another Gti 2008 after having an original mk1 gti 1800 lots of years ago ( you guessed it I am oldish! ).

Just a quick question, any thoughts on engine mods that are not too expensive and can be self fitted ( or by my neighbour who owns a garage ) and won't make my 17 year old son plead even more to drive my car!
