Car Wont Start On !!

all the lights come on the dash but the car won't crank??!!

recently every time i start the car, all the lights on the dash will fade away and the car will start will slow/weak cranks and eventually start.
but now the car won't start at all.
the radio and all the lights work.
but the car won't start!

got a mk5 gti dsg.

With the fading lights I would have originally said dead battery... Test it first and work from there. I wouldn't keep turning it over because it could be something more serious!

On another note, I think I may have seen your car around before the Brune Street/ Toynbee st area of East London.

yh replaced battery seems to be working fine.
