Hope the car is better after.

As far as I'm aware, and I have a screenshot from Kerridge, the Rev G is no longer available from VW. The minute you try to put in the part number, it pulls up the Rev D.

Really?! That's kind of a big deal. Mine's only got about 5k on it but I did plan on replacing it every other service, just as a preventative measure.

Did I read that Niki has been testing the GFB valve, or have I imagined that..?

I know, I had saw someone else wrote this and thought it was just the dealer, but this is a guy I know personally and have dealt with over the last 8 years, also notice the G is cheaper!

I did see someone was testing a new valve or it was already released.

Ok so since getting the car in December I have done the following:

DSG Oil & Filter Service
2 x Rear Wheel Bearings
2 x Front Bush
Rear Spring
New Rear Wiper Arm, Assembly, & Wiper
4 x Centre Caps
VW Carpet Matts
CV Boot
2 New Front Tyres
Rev D Valve
Full Service, Plugs & Filters due to be done next week.

Finally the cars mechanically sound as I think it can be, what should be on the list next? Cheaper the better lol
