I don't know of a specific dealer, but can only advise that you are polite and know your facts. The fact is that VW have admitted this by issuing a TPI. I would have a copy of it in hand, but I wouldn't draw attention to it unless things are looking bleak, even then just simply state that you are aware this is a know issue and that repair guidance has been published by VW.
