Devils own w/m problem...
Softishman:
Ok, i have the 2,5 progressive controller... On the circuit board it says were all wires should be connected and it matches the instructions...
Dan_FR:
Just checking!
Only thing I can think of is you've picked the wrong wire for the map sensor and given it a 12v feed instead of the 0-5V it should see. Other than that - there's nothing that can go wrong with it really. It shouldn't even power up without a 12v ignition live
You can always sack of the controller and get a basic 6-30psi mechanical switch which is what I've run (reliably) for the last 18 months
Softishman:
I have to tripple check the wiring and measure everything up again!
Green is to the map sensor...
Do you have a link to that controller?

Green is for the map sensor, but did you wire it to the correct signal wire on the car?

Not a controller as such, its a basic on/off switch for the pump, activates at a certain PSI (adjustable), you need to run it using a relay (follow the stage 1 instructions) http://www.methanol-injection.co.uk/PDFs/stage%201.pdf
Softishman:
Ok, i would prefer the progressive controller before the switch...
Here is were the green wire is connected...
