Hey sorry for the late reply checked the pins all of them looks correct i think i need vag com so far sidelights works, full beam works like a dream and high beam/ flash light works too just not the low beam to summary this up all of the bulbs work but but the headlight does nothing for low beam the sidelights go on.

Also to add on no one else has had the same issue

You need an auto electrician to have a look or a competent garage.
