Engine light 1.9 tdi flashing

Have a problem regarding engine fault light comes on flashing under breaking yet can take a while to go back off

Not on100% of the time.

Cruise control won't work when engine fault engages

Id say its possible that your brake light switch is faulty. Either have the fault codes read to double check or try a new switch only cheap.

I've got two obd port readers both brings nothing up.. Car drives fine light on or off.. No limp mode or anything

GTI-MATT:
Sounds like the brake light switch to me because its all linked to the cruise control. Change it and try your luck mate easy to do google it for a guide.
