How do I stop bullying at work
garrardrj:
I would leave , not worth the grief tbh. Get another job and leave , let the boss know why . Do 't worry id the wage is lower your piece of mind is worth much more than any cash .

I don't want to just leave although just been offered a £13hr job start immediately but sadly too far in Kent ff* :sad1:
Will sort things out with a new job and then tell the manager I'm gone and will go straight away as people like that are a joke to society who go around bullying the vulnerable.
Deako:
Sorry to hear this. But out of interest, what type of fitting?

Hiya, one thing that occurs to me, is how do you find the time during the work day to make so many posts? You have to be one of the most prolific posters / responders on here - all very useful for others to hear your contributions, but if your workmates see you constantly on the phone texting or posting on here, that will be something that will definitely wind them up. Is this something that is adding to your troubles, I wonder? Has it been mentioned at all? No criticism intended, just an observation.....
