It's a manual, and the lads at Autotechnica were Awesome always keeping me up to date, and they've done a complete build log, which I'll post when I get it, meantime you can look at a AWD Cupra they did, seatcupra.net awd conversion. I'm sure it's there.

Sounds rather good. The idea of a mk5 that grips and goes like a big turbo mk6/7 is sleeper in itself.
