Gti Rear brakes on gt tdi

[Joelewis55]

What is needed to fit gti 286mm rear discs and pads fit on a gt tdi with 255mm rears? Have already changed fronts to tts so want to do rears now. But don't want to have to get new calipers if I can help it.
Cheers
